Holy Week Reflections: Grotto and Grow too

Spending a Holy week varies to every individual or family. In a poll I recently asked in facebook, most people would like to spend Holy week by going to spiritually-symbolic or spiritually-enhanced  places. So I'm sharing one of those places I know,  the Grotto in Rosario, Batangas.
On the way to Tombol Hill Grotto

Engage yourself with Him as you pray and see the life-sized Station of the Cross.

As you stroll around outside and walking your way back home, you may find yourself enjoying a clean and safe snack at this cozy, native snack hut.

Some finds it more meaningful to do a spiritual detox in a place that is more serene, more calm, and more close to nature with their family. Whatever way we spend this Lenten week, what matters most is we feel more closer once again to God, walking and growing with Him spiritually.

Here's to your blessed Holy week!

Passion of Christ at Terra Manna

We all have our passions. But some of us doesn't seem to know what our passion really is. If we only knew then, it would be a lot better to know our life's purpose. Just like the Terra Manna Beach Resort and Camping in Cebu, it was built out of the owner's passion in promoting beauty, good health and a better, simpler life.

“Terra” is a Latin word for “earth” and Manna for “bread from heaven” We have been given a place for us to live (Earth), abundant with resources (bread from heaven) for us to be able to sustain ourselves with whatsoever we need. These God given resources are God’s gift to us, so that we may be able to live a life.

As Terra Manna is promoting the goodness of the Earth and the love for life, a story of the last twelve hours of our Greatest Provider, Jesus Christ is revived through a film that will be shown in observance of the coming Holy Week.

Not only that this movie will reignite the love we have for ourselves and humanity, but it will also help us reflect on our own courage, patience, sacrifices, sufferings and our life’s purpose behind all these emotional challenges.
